Verified Pure professionals. True craftsmen. Their work is so clean it looks better than OEM/factory. I had 3 windows tinted and a radar detector hardwired. Wires run under the trim from rear view mirror to the trunk. Super clean. Couldn't tell anything had been touched. The install looks great. I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. This is my second review which I am labeling Phase II completion, as I did review them previously after initial contact simply due to the professionalism, knowledge, customer service and other posted industry reviews. Can't recommend them enough!!Verified I took my 2004 Lexus SC430 to Sorena because I wanted a rear camera and Apple Car Play unit that would be perfectly aligned with the car's dashboard and entertainment console. Sam quickly assured me how it would go and what it would cost, and soon the technicians had done the work. The results are amazing; the car maintains its classic Lexus-Japanese fit and finish, but now I have all the updates that we expect on the road today. You look at the interior of the car and you have no idea that the infotainment components are brand new - the install was done with an eye on aesthetics that I know all of Sam's customers appreciate. Go back as many times as you want with questions or adjustments - Sam and his team will take care of you. It's one of the best customer service models that I've seen anywhere in Orange County.
