Chris V.2023-01-05Cant recommend enough. I sent a request to a few different shops inquiring about a bass package to upgrade my stock sound system. Sam reached out quickly and was the most helpful and responsive shop with regards to my request. Sam was very patient with my questions as I myself wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. After a few days we came to an agreement on a package and installation date without any issues or feeling that I was being persuaded (like some shops out there). I had had mediocre jobs done in the past by other audio shops in regards to installation so I had some concern for how this would turn out. The installation job came out perfect. I got an amp, subwoofer with box, and a bass knob to adjust it so it could run off of the factory radio. Everything was done very clean and only took a few hours after drop off. They took the time to go over the settings with me and asked if I had any questions or wanted any tuning changes before I left. I highly recommend coming here if you want a quality install with quality parts. They take great pride in their work, the shop is super clean, and they never once asked me to write a Yelp review which is the reason I'm taking the time to write one!Terry T.2023-01-02Simple & clean. So fresh & so clean!First things first: why go to an auto shop to install a dashcam for you when you could do it yourself? Answer: If you care about having the wires hidden and being able to hardwire (specifically: not having to hook up to your cigarette lighter), taking your car to a shop like this will get it done. Which is not to say that you couldn't have done all of this yourself... just as long as you're safe and know what you're doing.The owner was upfront about pricing and answered all of my questions. Installation didn't take long (but there's a nice waiting room where you can chill w/ refreshments ) and the system works like a charm. The quality of installation was excellent and my system sounds great. Their entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. In addition, the shop is clean and they have a nice waiting room with Wi-Fi and drinks.Jay L.2022-12-29Bought a used K5 and wanted to improve audio quality. I was thinking about the going with an underseat compact subwoofer, and asked Sorena Car Audio if they could install that, and we set an appointment. I had also researched and heard about the JBL system that hides away in your spare-tire area, but never brought it up during messaging. After driving over, Sam and his team did measurements and saw that the under-seat system wouldn't fit. However, as if they read my mind, they recommended the JBL system. They proceeded to install it and my car's bass was BOOMING! They even attached a bass control knob cleanly onto the car. The quality of Sam and his team's work was amazing, only matched by the kindness of him and his team. After happily paying them and driving home, my car's safety systems started to not work at all. My dashboard was lit up with warning signs like a christmas tree. It turns out the previous owner might have damaged one of the sensors in the tire which was the culprit, not Sorena Car Audio's fault. It was just a bad coincidence, but Sorena Car Audio kept tried their best to help fix my car. It took over two weeks of my car in the dealership to fix, yet Sam was still helpful in checking up on the car. Keep in mind I pully paid them weeks back at this point.After the dealership finally fixed the car and everything was resolved and Sam knew it wasn't their doing, he still felt bad and threw in some extra goodies to be installed into my car.Highly recommended!
